These Terms and Conditions (u201cTermsu201d) govern your use of the Kajal Enterprises website and services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Kajal Enterprises provides commercial printing services including but not limited to visiting cards, brochures, flyers, stickers, tags, envelopes, leaflets, pamphlets and custom printing. The specifics of each order, including pricing, timeline and deliverables, are communicated through quotations and order confirmations.
2. Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and may be revised if specifications change. A quotation does not constitute a contract until confirmed by both parties.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or as otherwise agreed. Payment terms vary by order size and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to begin production only after receiving the agreed payment.
4. Artwork & Design
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. If design services are requested, additional charges may apply. We will share a proof for approval before printing. Once approved, changes to the artwork may incur additional charges.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, volume and current workload. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeline but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
6. Quality & Colour
We maintain high quality standards including CMYK colour matching. However, minor colour variations may occur between print runs and between screen displays and printed output. These variations are within industry-accepted tolerances.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
